Within U.S. 

Orders will ship from Hawaii within 3 - 5 business days, a tracking number will be provided for your shipment. Packages generally take anywhere from 4 - 7 business days to reach its destination.

Standard shipping time: USPS First Class mail (3-7 business days for delivery) + shipment process time


International

Orders will ship from Hawaii within 3 - 5 business days via USPS First Class mail. 
All orders over $100 will receive free international shipping.

Most of our orders reach destination within 3 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our shop we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

In addition, please note that Couture Claws will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge. 

All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, have a 3-5 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Couture Claws cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
